THis complaint is invalid since the company (ADPC, Inc.) ceased doing business on December 31, 2016 do to the lack of uncollected invoices from the [redacted] representatives and agents.The complaint was filed by one of these agents. The company ADPC, Inc. filed chapter 7... bankruptcy in January 2017 and the federal bankruptcy court is attempting to collect the monies not paid to ADPC to satisfy the debts owed.
