Hi,We are aware that Memolink.com has been up and down for the last month and apologize for the inconvenienceAlthough this solution doesn't always work, you can try accessing Memolink from different browsers like [redacted] Sometimes it will come up on one, but not the other We are doing everything we can to stabilize Memolink, and want it up even more than you do You are not forfeiting any of your pointsYour points and account are fine If you'd like to redeem your points immediately, please contact [email protected] and let them know that you would like to redeem your points but cannot access the siteWe can process your reward manually If you're unaware of the number of points you have available to redeem, please let [email protected] know that, and they will share that information with youRewards are processed on a monthly basis, so all rewards that are redeemed in April will be sent out May Everything redeemed in May will be sent out June 30, etc Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.Best,Team Memolink
