Dear Sir, At Sodexo, we strive to provide our patients with the highest quality of food, service and diet educationWe take great pride in our product and those whom we employ, ensuring quality on all aspects of food Service through host/hostess audits, random patient tray audits to check for accuracy, and weekly test trays to ensure food Safety, temperature holds, and sensory quality.Unfortunately, despite our best and sincere efforts there are times, as in all food service operations, that there are breakdowns in communication, and a patient and/or guest has an unsatisfactory experience, We deeply regret hearing that we did not live up to our superior standards for this particular patient, and they ended up having a negative experience during their time of recoveryThough we do not charge patients for their food while staying at [redacted] Medical Center- [redacted] ***, if we did we would gladly provide their requested refund.Moving forward, we will use this extremely helpful information that this patient has provided for us to help improve our operations and ensure a more pleasant experience if this patient find the unfortunate need for a future hospital stay,Sincerely,Rick S [redacted] GM [redacted] ***Dallas, Texas ***
