Here are the condensed facts, in response to the recent replyNone of these facts have been disproven by ADR Restaurant Services or ***, himself
1) Your services were purchased for a total that exceeded $1,000, which was about 80% labor and 20% equipmentThis is not a cheap purchase, so no issues were to be expected and a true warranty WAS to be expectedThis is a PREMIUM priced purchase, so I frankly should have gotten a car wash alongside itPoint being, if you cut corners and pay for cheap service, you get cheap serviceWe did NOT pay for cheap service, we paid a PREMIUM price for cheap serviceThis equates to a scam
2) Your services state (according to your website and verbal) you are tired of small business people being screwed over and that you warranty/guarantee everything, etcIf we have any problems, you'll come right out and fix it
3) You claim to be experts, but your work is nothing more than a handyman trying to claim expertise
4) No problems were told ahead of time, you said a new motor (which happens to be the same model I already had that I never had issue with) would fix my problems and that would be that(this is actually correct, because the only problem was your installation, nothing else)
5) I had many problems within days, this cost me money, time, frustrations, etc
6) We were pushed off many times because new customers who pay you are more important than fixing improper installations despite the fact you warrantied/guaranteed itWe still remained patient despite upset
7) In the total amount of labor spent between all visits, the cumulative total did not exceed to minutesThat means you were paid more than $an hourThis is unheard of
8) After you used every excuse in the book to avoid your scheduled appointments to fix it, delay appointments, and blame everyone, but yourself, you stopped servicing the account and said it was a problem NOBODY can fix, as you blamed the design of the system itself as the culprit to why you couldn't fix itIf your best excuse is you were yelled at by us because you avoided fixing the problem/did not honor your warranty, then it's the same as admitting you have no valid excuse whatsoeverYou mentioned I had a family member in the business that approved of your workIf I had a family member who did this for a living, like you claimed, why would I have ever purchased your services to begin with? This proves your credibility is suspect
9) I brought in another company, they fixed it in one day, and we have not had one single issue since for months now proving your excuse was false
10) I am requesting a refund of $to offset what was paid additionally to the other companyYou have not honored your warranty nor have you reimbursed the customer for your failure to do the job correctly at all

It is obvious the consumer in this case has a serious problem with
the truthWho is scamming whom

multiple warrenty calls were made inclluding the one where he
points out the installation was approved by a family member, who he
stated was qualified to do soI do not now nor then know this man
and had no knowlede of his qualifications other than what the owner
saidwe went by his word and again he is being fast and loose with
the truth
His threats and attempts at intimidation are noted and WILL BE
BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF OUR ATTORNEY
I find it hard to believe that the Revdex.com would allow these threats
and atempts at intimidation to even be considered by them

ADR will keep us posted which never happened. We still need written apology and $100.00 refund.

Horrible experience. I even filed a complaint because of how rudely they treated us. Here is the complaint:
'ADR technician told us they will email us the detailed quote on 09/21/2015. When technician was leaving he asked us to pay him $100.00. I told him you haven't mentioned that you will charge $100.00 for estimate. He started arguing us, we told him you haven't mentioned anything about charging for estimate. He started using four letter words and slamming the door. He went to his car I told him we will pay you but it should be mentioned and your behavior is unacceptable. Anyhow we paid him $100.00 since then we are calling them to get the complete quote and they are saying we are waiting on the second part of quote to give you complete answer. Your Desired Resolution:
We need an apology letter and $100.00 refund.
