Adrenaline Athletic Club

On February 8 I purchased a gym membership for my self and my partner.Prior to purchasing the memberships I had asked if the evenings were busy as we would be using the gym only after midnight during the week. I was told there were only a few people every other day. On February 10 we went into the gym during the day to learn how to use the equipment. On February 12 we went to the gym after midnight and there were 6 men in there. While in the gym the men had the music full blast, they were grunting loudly, dropping the weights causing loud noises. One of them was bare foot, they were not cleaning the equipment. They were running around from one side to the other of the gym. They were walking by us back and forth staring at us as we were working out. We were not comfortable and didn't feel as safe as we should have so we left after 30 mins. The next evening we went back hoping the same people wouldn't be there but they were so we just left.The following morning we spoke with the owner advised him we didn't feel safe or comfortable and he said he would go in that evening and speak to them. That same evening we went back and the same men were there but the owner wasn't. There was just a sign asking patrons to wear shoes. I went in the next day and explained I would like to cancel the membership because I don't feel comfortable. The owner stated that they are in all the gyms and I can't get away from them, he was referring to the fact that the men we East Indian. I replied with " I'm not saying I'm uncomfortable with their nationality, I'm referring to the specific six men only we are not comfortable with. I spent $184 on the memberships only went to the gym twice and it had only been 8 days and he refused to refund any of the amount I paid. He said they don't do refunds it even says it(im not sure where he meant)It does not say that on my receipt. I asked him to reconsider considering the situation and he just shrugged his shoulders.
