Mr. [redacted] did purchase a used 2004 BMW 325i from our dealership on 05/14/2015. Mr [redacted] drove the vehicle 2 times before he purchased it...
and was aware of the condition. The vehicle was not making any unusual noises or leak fluids. The vehicle was sold to him with Missouri State Inspection & Emissions. We did include a 30 day Engine & Transmission Guarantee.
Mr. [redacted] brought back the vehicle. We inspected the engine and transmission, engine had good compression and the transmission was shifting properly. All components were in good working order.
Mr [redacted] is requesting a refund for accessory and suspension parts. His first claim to us was a noise coming from the AC pulley, now the list continues to grow. I'm sorry but we can not offer any type of refund. The car was sold to him with a Engine & Transmission Guarantee only. Mr [redacted] refused to purchase a warranty.
