Review: I bought a [redacted] from these crooks and a week later I had nothing but problems with severe oil leaks and error codes. They also claimed it had a warranty, but I still have yet to receive it. Each time I contacted these crooks, they would tell me to bring in the vehicle and they would fix it. They would have my vehicle for a week at a time and it would come back the same if not worse. All they would do each time is put RTV sealant and silicone to patch the problem, which in days later would make the leaking worse. Now the car is running real bad. I took the vehicle to a real mechanic and I was in the actual bay with them while they pointed every single leak out to me. I took pictures as they explained how much of a patch job these guys did. They even provided me with a print out of everything that need to be done. I had already had them replace the cam shaft position sensors, th eoil pressure sender and the vacuum pump. I contacted the crooks at Adrenaline again and showed them the list of what was wrong and they told me that some of the stuff on the print out doesn't exist on the car. Also, when I brought my car back to them to fix it as they promised, there was another gentleman there who was having the same problem. I specifically asked these people had the car been in an accident and they told me no. I now have a car fax report showing that it had in fact been in 2 accidents. I have all of the text messages saved from these crooks.Desired Settlement: I want these crooks to pay the bill for my car to be repaired by a legitimate mechanic of my choosing or refund me for the purchase of the car as they gave me false information as well as for the work I've had done thus far . I have already spoken with my attorney about the situation and they suggested for me to try and resolve first before proceeding with legal action.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Adrenaline Auto Works regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Regards,

Review: I purchased a used [redacted] after viewing it online on Richmond Virginia's [redacted]. The car was being sold by Adrenaline Auto Park by the co-owners of [redacted]. The car appeared to be near flawless online and the ad clearly states that the car has an UNLIMITED MILE 12MONTH WARRANTY and a CLEAN TITLE with NO ISSUES! After driving 5hours to purchase this car, I come to find out that the car had a SALVAGE and now REBUILT TITLE! I was very disappointed and wanted to back out of the deal, but by now I have sold my vehicle at home to purchase this one, 500 miles from home, and had to pay someone to take me to Virginia and put gas in her vehicle. To reassure me that the damage done to the vehicle was minor, [redacted] pulled up a Salvage yard photo of the car and a form that stated that no airbag was deployed and that the damage was only done to the front and rear bumper. After test driving the car, it handled well and I decided to purchase it anyway. After I test drove it, I noticed that the alignment was off and he corrected it on his machine. My friend who was a witness was with me when he called a [redacted] and stated that the warranty was effective IMMEDIATELY! After driving the car a week, I noticed a loud, thumping noise when switching the gears from park to drive and park to reverse. Also, the powering steering is not working. I called [redacted] and they told me that there is no record of this vehicle or that business on file for having a warranty. I have been trying to call [redacted] for three weeks, but he is avoiding my calls. Even the number listed on his website is a fraudulent number. I spoke with his brother [redacted] one time about the issue and he promised to call me back, but now he is not answering his phone! I don't know what to do because the sound is getting louder and to pay out of pocket will be very expensive. The only reason I purchased this car is only because the AD STATED THAT A WARRANTY WAS INCLUDED !!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like the [redacted] or [redacted] of Adrenaline Auto Park to honor that warranty and contact the appropriate persons and make this imaginary warranty a reality! I paid for a warranty and I demand that this goes into effect immediately. Also, I need someone from the Revdex.com to make them take down that bogus number off of the website that belongs to an elderly gentleman and put up a working number for the business so that customers can get in contact with the owners.

Response:

[redacted] called from the business. The customer did not pay for the entire warranty and now the 30 day window to purchase the warranty has passed.

They are very informative, authentic, and hands on with their customers.
