only new cars apply under Lemon LAW not usedCustomer purchase the vihecle "AS IS" please see attached documents.after few weeks customer stated that she is hearing noise under hood, "power steering fluid low " her husband told that he added some fluid witch was the wrong fluid for [redacted] that they are very sensitive and require special [redacted] power steering fluid, power steering pump got locked, they towed vihecle to our service shop facility saying that we suppose to fix the problem again vihecle sold AS IS

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The car blew with a crude noise, upon starting, then smoke and the whole car was dead! Power steering was the first to go! I did NOT put any fluids in the car when that happen! Furthermore I complained prior about the gurgling noises within the first week among other things to both n [redacted] And ***. The seller has an obligation to sell cars that are operable and disclose any major mechanical issues /defects so that the buyer knows and accepts the risk!With the response from the seller placing blame and fault on me, I am totally disgusted, no integrity. I came to purchase a modest car for me and my family and instead have been victimized and harmed. Total car failure within 35 days is totally unacceptable and is the most corrupt of business practice. I want my money back!Regards, [redacted]
