This was sipped using a Priority Mail serviceCustomer is internationalOur business ships to over countries in the world and about 47% of our orders are internationalEach country has their own time frame when they clear things through
customs and deliver them to the customers, if the customers pay for the import fees right awayFor Israel it takes 4-weeks for them to get packages in, clear them, collect import fees from the customer and then deliver themCustomer was wanting the item within weeks time and now is upset it is not there within their time frame they think they should have itWe cover all our international orders for our customersIf within that weeks they still do not have the item, we will offer to ship another one or refund their paymentWe have even contacted the carrier to see if they can get an exact location for the customer and they are working with his country to find that for him

This item was not shipped with USPS priority mail and here is the tracking number I was provided with (clearly ups priority mailThis number is also shown on my eBay account as the tracking number- file attached)-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXLater on the seller gave me another tracking number claiming its USPS but there are no results for this tracking number whatsoeverever- UMXXXXXXXXXUSI have an example of an order I made where another seller used actual USPS priority mail service and the tracking updates are up to date and in days the item was in Israel(LKXXXXXXXXXUS)I was waiting for the item to arrive as per timeline given by eBay and USPS which is giving sufficient time if seller used the proper shipping serviceOn the attachment you can clearly see the shipping method is listed as USPS than why I was provided with a ups mail innovation tracking number? There is no way to know where the item is and had the seller uses USPS priority I could get an idea where the item is (transit, in customs etc.) but because they used a different service there are no updates on the whereabouts of the packageThe seller tries to blame it on customs but we can't even know where the item is or if it was shipped at all

Claiming I don't know how USPS service works to justify the advertising and misrepresentation is ridiculousIn the last communication I provided a tracking number of USPS priority mail of an order from different sellerIt left the US on the 20th of July and arrived today the 26th of July at my placeI call the seller to respond to that!!! I did open a case with PayPal but it could take up to months to resolutionI did lose because not knowing where the item is and not being able to track it and a project deadline I have to adhere to is forcing me to order the same item from a different sellerso even if the item gets here in a month or two (if at all) as the seller claims I will no longer have a need for itSeller, do the right thing and refund me, don't wait for PayPal to force it! Do it now

We are already working with the carrier to find the exact location of the itemAlso, customer already has a case open through Paypal so they have protection not only from us but Ebay and Paypal as well, which they are usingThe customer is not out any money as we do guarantee delivery of the itemThis was sent through USPS as a priority mail packageThey have never used this service in this way so they do not understand it which we understand and have been explaining things to the customer on how this system worksWe are also as stated working with the carrier to get that location for them

The seller advertised shipping method at a certain price but used a different one which takes apperntly significaly longer
I bought from this business on eBayThe seller advertised that he will use USPS priority mail as the shipping methodI have used it before and I know I can track the progress of the package and that is doesn't take more than weeks to arriveIn realty the seller used a ups mail innovation service which apperntly takes 2-months and has no option to track progressI didn't agree to use this method and I would never buy the item had I known it would take 2-months to get to meI would simply buy it from someone elseThe seller now refuses to refund me
