To whom it may concern, Our customer purchased a gift certificate for an experience valued at $239. This experience is operated by one of our partners who rents track dates around the country and provides the opportunity to drive and ride exotic cars. Our partner failed to inform
Adrenaline and the customer that the track date was cancelled which has created a huge inconvenience for our customer. We understand the frustration of the customer so we extended an additional certificate to the customer which they accepted, the customer then transferred the original certificate credit to an experience we offer in Miami which they attended on 9/26/2016. No refund is due as the certificate has been redeemed with a replacement activity. I have had a conversation with the customer and resolved the issue personally as well
