I am rejecting this response because: I went in and asked about a trouble shooting question to see about being directed to resolve the issue myself as I'm pretty mechanically inclined to do myself asked for help and was immediately insulted by the way they were eager to just take my money to diagnose the unit on their part when I just wanted some tips but apparently if I want tips from a professional I need to go to a professional

Hi I got my situation resolved, they gave me a full refundThanks for the help. *** ***

Company states: Customer walks in and wants the parts guy to diagnose the unit. Usually you will need to leave the product to have the unit diagnosed. He did not want to pay to have it diagnosed but we cannot just recommend parts because that would be like shooting in the dark. We cannot just give...

instant answers. He got upset and kept insisting that we tell him what to buy. We have explained this to him multiple times but without the unit we cannot properly diagnose it.

Review: I went to adrenaline powersports to get some advice or help with a vehicle and the guy at the counter was rude and had the worst attitude ever so I emailed them to tell them the problem with their front counter guy and got no response I then today emailed again then I got a call from adrenaline powersports from a guy named gabe he then proceeded to tell me he was the one I spoke with on Saturday and then proceeded to get an attitude on the phone with me so I don't know how this place stays in buisness but I guess it's the only one in my area which is citrus heights so needless to say I have a Polaris rzr and found a dealer in auburn ca so I will now have to drive an hour to get the help I need but well worth it to not have to deal with this gabe personDesired Settlement: I would like a formal apology and to speak with someone with a better attitude or at least someone that is willing to work with me without digging in my pockets for whatever they can get because that's all this place seems to do

Review: I ordered a brand new 2016 [redacted] RZR 1000 XP 4. I put a $500 deposit down. On January 6th 2016 the remaining balance was paid in full for a total of $21,700. On January 7th 2016 I came to pick up the [redacted]. After the DMV paperwork was signed the dealer ([redacted]) loaded the [redacted] on to my trailer. Then he proceeds to tell me that my [redacted] has 99 miles on it and it was a demo model. I tried to tell [redacted] that I ordered a brand new one and I did not want it but he told me the deal is done and there was nothing he could do about it. He offered to throw in oil and a clutch belt. I took the [redacted] home and noticed there was a lot of damage to the undercarriage into the body. The only reason I took it home was because he said it was mine and there's nothing he can do about it.Desired Settlement: To resolve this issue I would like to either get a full refund, and exchange for a brand new one like I paid for or they can fix everything and give me compensation for it being used.

Review: I bought a new 2007 Polaris 500 outlaw,in the crate. 2/14/09 hardly ever ride it, less than est..100hrs on 12/5/11 something broke, top end. brought it back to Adren. power sports. they gave me diagnosis. rebuild top end $871.00 the first time. to keep the story short, Ended up bringing it back 4 times, blowing my quad trips, having to tow it back. Then I brought it bac again, after it broke again around 11/23/13. The new mechanic told me, there was nothing they could do, catistropic failure, he told me. the first time they fixed it was a bandaid fix! I'm so upset, I would never have spent over a $1,000 for a band aid fix.. Is there anything I could do. Or someone make this right!!!!!! Stuck with a new 500 outlaw. Disappointed, angry,Desired Settlement: Adrenaline powersports needs to refund all the money I spent on repairs, repair my outlaw 100% Or POLARIS needs to step up and replace the bad motor, and make this right!

The catastrophic failure of this engine happened in 2011, which was 18 mos. after the 6 mo. factory warranty of this unit had expired. when an engine jumps timing such as this one did, and the valves come into contact with the piston, the correct way to enable this repair is by doing a complete engine overhaul, which the customer elected not to do, because of the cost. we told the customer that we could replace the directly affected top end parts we could see, but had no way of knowing how long it would last without replacing the bottom end of the engine as well. Again, .he elected to do the more cost effective repair, We did this repair in Dec of 2011, and the rest of the engine failed in NOV of 2013. This is a high performance vehicle, top ends should be done as normal maintainence approximately every 40 hrs, and full rebuilds frequently as required. Some market competitor units reccommend 4 times that frequency ie: top ends every 10 hrs. In summary, the customer as you can see by the origingal invoice paid $3500 for a unit that retailed at twice that amount, then paid for one top end, and recieved 100 hrs of use out of this unit.
