Review: Keep walking! [redacted] and [redacted] are wolves in sheep's clothing. Their arrogance and deceitfulness will come full circle. If your purchases are well received, and no problems exist, then they are all smiles. If you bought a sweater for $595.00 and a lamb vest for $170.00 and problems arise, meet the wolves. I had questioned whether the sweater was 2nd quality. There was a line going across the back and [redacted] insisted it was a fold. I foolishly bought it. I wore the unlined vest over the sweater for several hours. When I got home, the sweater was extremely frayed throughout. The seams in the vest cut through the threads. I returned it the very next day. The wolves reappeared. After a discussion, they issued me a credit. I questioned them about what will happen to my other sweaters when worn with this vest. They told me to bring it back to them. Not happy, they gave me another credit.Little did I know at that time, that the credit would not be posted to my account. Several phone call went unanswered. I went there to question the problem, and their response was that it was put thru and perhaps the weekend held it up.They took the merchandise back and while I was there, tried to sell it to the next customer.There are many stores in the city who have quality, stylish clothes. I like to support shopkeepers who can rise above. They cannot.So, if you are near 2nd, keep on walking. I'm still waiting for the credit.Desired Settlement: I would like the money that they owe me. They have deceived me and have issued a credit slip and yet have not posted it to my credit card account. So, I am out the money at this point. They owe me $170.00Thank you
