Adrian Flooring (aka B&E Georgia Flooring) was inexpensive, but it has cost us more than double the money in the long runHe installed our floors for $but did such a poor job that we will now have to pay $to have it redone First, he did not square any rooms, so the floors are crookedHis argument is that our foundation is messed up, but our foundation is fineWe had a recent home inspection prior to hiring himIf there had actually been a foundation issue when he started, he should have stopped and notified usBut he didn't say anything about it until we questioned why near the end of the job the floors were not square to the room Second, he also did not level the subfloor, so the floors are now coming apart in several places Third, for some reason he removed the exterior thresholds--but did not replace them! After asking several other installers why he would have removed the thresholds, they all laughed and said there was no need to remove them in the first placeBut they recommended reaching out to him, that he was probably a good guy, and that he should have no problem coming back outSo when I reached out to him, he said it wasn't his responsibility, he just does floorsLet that sink in: He removed part of my house, but didn't think he needed to put it backSo that costs me an extra $ Fourth, he cut our alarm system wires at some of the doors (again, not sure why he did this) costing us $to have the alarm system reinstalledHe put our children's safety at risk with his poor installation An $job has now turned into a $jobIf you're looking for a flooring installer, I would recommend looking for someone who works with integrity and has the knowledge to do it right in the first place

[redacted] installed laminate flooring in our home on December 26, He began installation along a bay door/window instead of along a straight exterior wall and continued installation throughout the house without measuring and squaring any roomsOnce he began installation, the flooring began to slant instead of lay straight and the slanting continued to worsen as he installed from room to roomOnce he got to the last room, the flooring was completely slanted, veering to the right and not laid squareWe have consulted a contractor who agreed that he got off and didn't properly square the roomsOn top of this issue, there are considerable areas of the flooring that dip and bubble when stepped on, indicating that the subfloor was not properly leveledHe also removed the thresholds from two exterior doors, continued the flooring outside (which he should not have done), and then failed to replace the thresholdsWe tried to replace them ourselves, but because the floors were l

I had a great experience installing my hardwood floor with B&E Georgia FlooringI saved a lot of money with the water resistant laminate which was installed by them and I received 10% off of my total because I had square feet doneAdrian was very professional and expeditiousBefore I chose him I had other companies come and give me a free estimate but in the end they were all way overpricedIf you want quality, honesty, and a good price chose Adrian! He is amazing and he offers a year warranty on FlooringHe came at the exact time he said he would and he explained to us what materials he'd be using and howI have no words to explain as if to how satisfied I am with the work he did in my homeI will definitely recommend him to all my friends and familyMy house looked stunning and phenomenal after he leftI had so many compliments given on my floor when I had people over
