June 4 film date.  Mr. [redacted] told me numerous times since June 4 that he had the audio files in question.  He told me recently that he "was mistaken" and did not have them.  Without the audio files, the entire day's work we put in on June 4 is useless.  I cannot air the episode we shot that day without it.If I can not have the audio files for June 4, I would like a reimbursement for half of what I paid Mr. [redacted] in the month of June - $285.50.  It's not fair that he has been paid everything I owed him, but I do not have everything I paid for.  Due to his own mismanagement and negligence, I don't have the audio files for June 4.
