there are always cockroaches in our building. ***
I own my unit and the property manager in an email stated they would meet me for my keys and they never did. I was locked out of my unit and had to call a locksmith. they will not reimburse my bill.
Accusation about the keys is not true. She was advised that we will call her to arrange a time to pick up the keys. Our property manager did not agree nor have any conversation with her that
she will met her plane to give her the keys.
She did call a locksmith to let her in and she was told numerous times that the invoice will be
sent to the Condo Corp Board for approval. The Board meeting was on January 23, 2019 that's
why she was advised that the Property Manager will give her a call the following morning,
January 24th to update her of the decision.
With regards to issue of cockroaches, her allegations is not true. Contrary to her accusations, we always deal with call of sightings and as a proof, we just had the whole building sprayed on December 15th and 16th and baited on December 29th. We also did a second spray on one unit on December 29th with baiting and will be done again as needed. Break ins especially on these areas where her Condo is located are frequent. We can only do precautionary measures and temporary solutions. Camera footages were submitted to the police and the person involved was even arrested. We had the building rekeyed and also reinforced the mailboxes so it would be difficult to break into.
