After overhearing & witnessing what my spouse & I have on several instances & seeing the way they treat the less fortunate (homeless) who seek help outside their store I am disgusted!!
I tried to purchase a bunch of healthy grocery items for a man as well as give him a gift card & the cashier rudely commented about my actions. When I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor my luck was not much better & the women refused to identify herself to me stating that it was non of my business who she was & that I was to leave the store immediately or she would be calling the police!!!!!! While all this [redacted] behavior was going on they had went outside & sent this man away & the cashier evil smirked & commented there I guess you won't be buying him anything now will you so I said I replied & said no I guess I won't be & left the several items I had picked out sitting there on the conveyor belt, commenting that I thought they were all very sad individuals. They just laughed.[redacted]
I will never shop at this particular No Frills again.
(my spouse & I use to shop here 1-3 times every week for the past 12 years)
[redacted] has made it very clear to me verbally on the phone that means nothing to him & he does not care about the loss of my business as I am just one customer & what differance does the loss of one customer make.....sadly he is right.
I say more people need to share their personal experiences (good or bad)
& let's see if this store is actually worth supporting.
