Hi, I wanted to make you aware of a situation I'm having with Adrienne's Bridal ([redacted]).
My best friend is getting married in October 2015. I am her Maid of Honor and need to wear a special dress for the occasion. She requested a floor-length, wine-colored, chiffon dress by [redacted], and I found that Adrienne's carried that line of dresses.
I was fitted for my dress on 10/**/14 and still do not have it in my possession. And I have, once again, not heard back from Adrienne's since last Thursday.
Below is the timeline of my interactions with Adrienne's since last October:
October **, 2014 - 6 PM - fitted for bridesmaid dress in-person; $110 deposit
February **, 2015 - 2:30 PM - called to check in on dress; they told me another 4 weeks
May **, 2015 - 2:30 PM - called to check in on dress
May **, 2015 - 11 AM - called to check in on dress
June *, 2015 - 10 AM - called to check in on dress; they said it would be ready in 2 weeks
July *, 2015 - 7 PM - called to check in on dress; no response
