Hellowith regarding my original complaint, this vendor finally got back to me and shipped me the item ordered on tuesday and I received it today 12/7/They also decided to refund me as wellI wasn't asking for both, so once I find where the refund was sent, I will send them a check for the item finally receivedI would like both of us to close out this transaction "happy"I morally would not want a company to not get paid for a product Currently Adrionics have stated they issued a refund back to my credit card on 12/3/thru PayPal credit servicesPayPal replied to me also today 12/7/that the refund had been charged back to my credit card on 12/3/and I have their documentation printed and on handI will contact in person my bank tomorrow 12/8/to find out why the bank's credit card (visa) isn't showing that they had received it Here lays part of the problem where Adrionics stated they had issued a refund, and PayPal and my Bank's card showed no refund activityThus why I out of frustration contacted the Revdex.comAt the point of contacting you, I had neither the $refund, or the item ordered Now that I have the ordered item, I am satisfied with PurpleAir/Adrionics and I'm "ok" with this case being closed at this time Sincerely, [redacted]

for the item finally received. I would like both of us to close out this transaction "happy". I morally would not want a company to not get paid for a product.   Currently Adrionics have stated they issued a refund back to my credit card on 12/3/17 thru PayPal credit services. PayPal replied to me also today 12/7/2017 that the refund had been charged back to my credit card on 12/3/2017 and I have their documentation printed and on hand.
