I contacted ADS Roofing to do my mother's bathroom and roofs. Albert came to the house and did an assessment of the work needing done. Once the assessment was completed he came back within two weeks to start the work. My mother now has a beautiful bathroom that was completely redone. New flooring and sub flooring was placed, the tub was replaced by request of my mom to a walk in shower and the toilet and sink were also replaced. Albert was very professional and also added some new items that were requested by my mom as they did the work. The roof was also replaced and a bad storm pulled up one small piece of the roof, Albert came right out after the storm was over and fixed it for her with no questions asked. He did an awesome job and my brother and I are very satisfied that my mom was able to have this done and that she was extremely satisfied with the work.

Review: Upon examining the work to be done, which included replace bathroom floor, sink, shower, fixtures, and tub, we were given an estimate of $10,000.00. However, the tub was not replaced. Just a shower was installed. This should have dropped the price. We were also given an initial estimate to repair the roof over back and front porch for $1,600.00. A down payment of $5,000.00 was given to Mr S[redacted] for supplies. He arrived Ina timely manner and completed the bathroom within a week. I do not believe it is worth $10,000.00. He used the most inexpensive materials he could find. He supposedly fixed the roof over the back porch. In a week we got a terrible storm and all the material he put on the roof blew off and caused a flood in the laundry room. He never cam back to finish this job and soaking wet ceiling tiles are hanging from the ceiling. We had paid an additional $4,700.00. He also, he never even touched the roof above the front porch. By the way, all payments were made in cash per the suggestion of Mr. S[redacted]. We had to get the money from Social Security. He is asking the balance of $1,100.00. However never finished the work that was promised in the estimate. I believe he took advantage of us because he knew we were getting the money from Social Security. We are very dissatisfied with his work and lack thereof. I hope he will not be able to do this to anyone else. His license no. Is [redacted]. Thank you.Desired Settlement: We would appreciate a refund of some of the money paid for his poor craftsmanship. Then we could hire someone else to complete the work. I feel at least $3,000.00 is fair if possible.
