At this time, I have been
contacted directly by Adsys Guruz regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]I wish to amend my prior response I sent to you about this company likely only 15minutes plus ago...they have been contacting me to fix my computer they had rendered inoperative.....but only after I had paid additional monies to my local repair place, Chipheads(invoice available for what I paid there...that this adsys gurus contacted me for their monies only after I had it fixed elsewhere...asked me to fix my computer which they had rendered inoperative (details of which are outlined in my complaint) and I told them I would not "remote access" my computer to them once more and did soon onthe advice of Chipheads which had heard before of adsys gurus and knew them to be a scam company

Review: I first was put in touch with this company when I could not receive some yahoo e-mails so I googled "Yahoo customer service" (so shame on me for believing that a google listing for any service is always legitimate)...then that Yahoo customer service site (also a fraudulent site I discovered later just as this one is) referred me to US I GURUZ, LLC (or "adsys guruz as they also are listed ..both sites getting a well deserved "F" from the Revdex.com) ..anyway, then I allowed them the ability to "remote access" to explore my computer (again shame on me ) ...and they then found a number of foreign companies/individuals who had infected my I.P....so not believing that after US I GURUZ, LLC (or "adsys guruz as they also are listed) had locked up my computer so I could no longer open it, I took it to an intown computer place I had previously worked with and trusted and voila ! there was no such IP infection and my local repair place repaired the damaged registries this company inflicted and removed the encrypted virus they had placed on my computer for the price of $189.00, a bill a will be passing on to these fraudulent companies where "fraud" is clearly and legally defined as ".wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain"....yet this company, according to the Revdex.com does not answer it's mail or calls, but will be contacted since they can be tracked down by their own I.P. so they will soon be contacted by my lawyer for this bill since they have caused me (and by reading other customer's reviews) so much grief that now it is their turn to pay the piper...Until then, avoid this company at all cost...no matter who refers you to them, since they are only out for their own personal financial gain and do not mind in the least disrupting you, taking money from you, and putting your computer out of commission so that they can "fix" it at yet another cost...They are a ...bad company....believe me !Desired Settlement: refund and apology

Review: I contacted [redacted] for a message, then was transferred to Adsysguruz for computer services, when I was notified that it was a one time fee, after I have given them my credit card information. I then told them I no longer wanted to continue, within 3 days I noticed they charged my credit card. I contacted them for a refund, due to services to fix my computer was not done. I was told several times that it will take 7-10 business days for a refund. However, two week passed and never received. I was then told that in order to get my refund, I needed to [redacted] $249 to India, Delhi and then I would get that plus my original refund back to my credit card. I asked why I needed to do that if they charged my card without authorization. They hung up on me and I called back no one answered.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my refund of $250.00, without me having to send them $249.00 via [redacted] to India, Delhi. I did not authorize them to charge my card.
