*** *** *** *** To Whom it may Concern, This is a response to the Revdex.com complaint filed by Mrs*** regarding her experience with ADT Auto. I
would firstly like to state that it is our #goal as a company to not only meet but exceed our customers expectations when dealing with repairs to there automobiles. I as one of the managers take it personal when a customer is not satisfied, with that said I have made numerous attempts to personally call Mrs*** to resolve the matter and have had no success in reaching her. The wheel which is in question is currently at the shop and has been for a while I understand that there was a bit of a disconnect regarding the time that it will take to have the wheel changed but unfortunately tire changing is not an operation that we do in house. We sub contract that labor operation to a company like *** *** *** and my service writer was attempting to give Us (Adt) the opportunity to get Mrs***'s vehicle to and from with time to spare for a complementary Detail. Mrs***'s front mats are also with us the detailer pulled them to clean the mats and mistakenly left them dryingI will finish by stating that if there is any way Mrs*** would be able to contact me at ADT I will make sure she is compensated for the miscommunicationWe pride ourselves in servicing our community and up keeping an excellent reputationTHANK YOU JESSE CMANAGER
