Yes we agree with what she hasBut she does not include the charge back done on 06/01/She only goes until March 3rd So there are charges and credits

There is one more item that shows the last dispute on 5/31/the system only will allow items*** *** had called Sierra West Sales and told us to cancel and refund her money, witch we did on 2/6/As she said in this complaint she notified her credit card company to cancel the disputed it
was never canceledSierra West never received a dispute notice from her credit card company, might of gone into junk than deletedSo now we have one original charge and two credits she *** *** now owes Sierra West the original balanceShe authorized Sierra West to recharge her credit card on 3/3/We thought we where done, than on 5/31/she disputed this charge and had it taken off again. So now we have two charges and three credits, So *** *** owes Sierra West the original balance.Michael

I am rejecting this response because: Sierra is mistaken is stating that the cancelled original charge in November was not cancelled.  They are being selective of the information they submit as they do not submit all their transactions.  As you can see for the attitude citibank document, the statement clearly states that the payment was made to Sierra as I withdrew the dispute.  I have also submitted by mail the documents for all my transactions from November 27 to August 4th documenting 3 payments to Sierra and 3 credits from Sierra.  Sierra has been either incompetent and/or dishonest about the transactions.  If they have a problem, it is not because of me.  It has to do with their accounting or the credit card company.

Adt keeps calling me trying to sign up for there service and I have told them many times that I am not a home owner, that I am not interested in what they are trying to sell and not to call me anymore. They keep calling
