Dealt with them years ago. They are racist, they'll screw you over if you can get away with it, and they respect nothing.

Review: company sent me custom pens, check was for $291+, the pens were warped/melted. They remade them 3 times. now they called to tell me that they will not refund my money. Customer Service said owner refuses to refund any money even though the product was wrong 3 times. These pens were for an event which cost me $4000 to set up. I had nothing to pass out since the pens were bad.Desired Settlement: I need a refund now. These pens were for an event which cost me $4000 to set up. I had nothing to pass out since the pens were bad. Either refund me my money that I paid for the pens or refund me the amount I paid for the pens plus the $4000 event set up fee which was a total disaster due to the bad product. Owner has 2 choices at this point.

phone number I have for this fraudulent company is 877-[redacted], all other address online are po boxes. customer service reps refuse to give office or factory location to anyone. website is http://[redacted]

We have purchased things from this company and had no problem until we returned the last order. We ordered the hand sanitizers for $250.00 and they were all filled with water. We explained this to them and the owner, John, insisted they were not. Then we got several repeated phone calls from the owner. He threatened to repeatedly call us, over and over, because we told him we would not do business with them again. He then called us, grease monkeys, bad business people, and other names I would not put on this site. We just had to keep hanging up on him. We also have the whole conversation on recording.

I had what I would describe as an abusive experience with John Curtis at Ad Tech. I placed an order for pens with his company and didnt realize they would be delivered COD. He claims to have a recorded phone conversation in which I agreed to the delivery terms. I may have in fact agreed and just forgotten, either way I returned the pens not knowing they were the pens I had agreed to purchase. The deliver/billing issue could have been easily resolved if handled differenty by Mr Curtis. He called me a F'n B several times. I asked him to not contact my office again. He continued to call and ultimatly threatened me by saying I did not want to make an enemy of him and he would contact people within my community to damage my name. Very unproffessional and borderline unstable considering the total invoice would have been under $200. I was advised to contact the Revdex.com and the Attorney General. I was not shocked to see that Ad Tech is not accredited within the bureau and a review was the best option. I would much rather donate the $185 to an organization that helps men like this get the help they need for anger management/abuse than to contribute to the person causing the strife.
