They sent me my order fast and in good condition. It was an okay movie. But since it was an older movie I should of gotten reviews on the movie it was Debbie does Dallas. Oh well lesson learned.

They sent me multiple duplicates and shoddy videos when I got a random themed item order aka Asian themed DVDs. THey literally sent half of it as duplicates and none from anything well known or from this decade. Despite advertising using Hitomi Tanaka. They had me list all the dupes and they did resend the missing but still sent a dupe. This is after threatening to leave negative reviews and even get a lawyer involved after over a week of emailing them every other day to check on the status after the 3rd day.

So, I decided to give them another chance and I miskeyed my address. My bad. But a good company would check for that and make sure things are good before they send out the package. Not adult deals. They sent it and I emailed them to correct it or let USPS know what was going on or something and they did not respond. So, it got returned to them. This was 3 days ago now and I have not received word from them about what is going on. I have emailed them, once on the day they received it and just now. Still no response. I am never using them again. Trash site with nonexistent customer service.

I have order 6 items. but, I received only 5 items. I am still waiting for an Back-order.

Contacted the company about being ripped off.
BEN said he forwarded my complaint to customer service.

I have had issues with this outfit.
1st Time I didn’t get my order.
2nd time I didn’t get my credit towards next order .
3rd time I did not receive 2/3rds of my order.
They claimed it is backordered and claimed a credit. I have received neither.
Up there with the worst customer service ever. Ahhhhhh !

Review: I have written several emails to this company regarding issues with ordering off of their website, issues with taking advantage of credits they are offering me and questions on how to go about returning items that I am unhappy with. There was also a video that I ordered that never arrived that I was told I have a credit on my account for but there is no way of going onto their system to view such a credit. I have asked several times for a phone number to their customer service department and have not been given any number to call. I finally looked on the internet and my bank statement and got 2 different #'s but neither of them ever get answered. The phone just rings and rings. I have spent close to $100.00 on their products and anm quite unhappy with most of it. Please advise as to what can be done.Desired Settlement: I would love a contact number that actually works for this company. I feel that the information provided on their website needs to be much more detailed and I need to kn ow how to get a refund for the products that I am unhappy with and to get a credit for the product that was never delivered (plus the S &n H I paid).

Review: The order came to me all scratched up and damaged one of my DVD's out of the three... They Didt Put Them in Real DvD cases. But fake paper cases... That did not protect the product Well.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement of the one that was scratched all up in shipping...

Review: I ordered movies online and paid for them online 6/**/2013. I never got an e-mail that the order was shipped. So I e-mailed [redacted] and didn't get a reply. So I tried again, and nothing.I went on there web site and got there phone number and I called. All I got was awnsering mechines. I left my info and account number and asked them to call me, I got nothing. That's why I'm contacting you.Maybe you can get something done.
