The care giver that was assigned to our mother was a qualified young lady who has done a very good jobOn a couple of occasions, when she was unable to take care of our mother, Adult Home Care was quickly and efficiently able to put in a replacement with no noticeable drop in service

Two years ago I had a rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. This operation left me extremely incapacitated and I was so relieved when [redacted] and his colleagues came to my rescue and looked after me in my own home. The services they provided were varied, from taking me shopping, to driving me to my post- surgery appointments; they even took my cat to the vet when she became sick! different one agency can be from another. Every person I met with was very nice
but I didn’t feel comfortable with their answers and solutions I personally felt
would be the best for my mom. I fortunately found an Adult Home Health Care
brochure at our doctor's office, I checked out their website and read some
reviews I found online. I was intrigued and called on a Saturday morning
expecting to get a voice message where I would leave my information. To my
surprise my call was answered and I spoke to a gentleman who answered all my
questions and would be available to meet with me that same afternoon! I met with
the owner Eric who came to my home in Escondido. Eric fully understood my
concerns and the challenges my mother faced daily. Eric introduced me to his
company’s care plan book which is customized to my mother’s care. He offered
solutions and worked with me to create a schedule that works perfectly for my
mother and I. It did not take long after our meeting to realize this was a no
