This company was great! I was able to take the appraisal sent to me by Andrew and turn that into $6,500! The insurance company only offered me $prior to contacting ADV and I am glad that I did, I saw this grade and almost said no thanks then turn around, however I decided to go with my gut after speaking with Andrew and I am super happy I did I really REALLY needed this money and I am now able to keep my head above water because I chose to move forward with this process Don't always count on others to make your decision for you, I ignored the static and made $6,000! On July 1, I curbed my month old vehicle resulting in a little over $5,in damages The insurance adjuster inspected and worked with a local shop to get the repairs completed to my satisfactionI met with ***, he patiently explained the concept of DV and how he operates and fights the insurance company on the client's behalf It was also explained to me that if through all his due diligence, right of appraisal and all options exhausted, still no monetary value was awarded or wasn't greater than his fee, then a refund would be issued equal to the fee paidWe agreed I promptly paid and commenced to waitHe did forewarn that my particular carrier might be difficult to work with so I set my expectations accordingly I did everything I was asked to do, I continued to follow up with ADV and my carrier and here we are, months later and no progress My dissatisfaction isn't related to the process itself, albeit frustrating Dealing with insurance is a hassle and I expect

ADV Appraisal Services was a fantastic company they were able to increase the amount offered by the insurance company by over $3,after it was all said and doneThe insurance company tried to lowball the amount paid to me for the loss of value on my accident and subsequent repairs, they were fantastic and helpful from start to finish, I have already referred them out to a family member and a friend that are being helped by them as wellI would recommend their services to anyone that is in an accident and has their vehicle repaired
