Product sold by door to door salesman as usable for applications it is not usable for. Sales agreement stipulated cancellable/refundable within 3 days of sale. Attempted to reach company, but customer service extension is disconnected. Contacted person listed on sales form, Tommie ***, who promised refund check multiple times, and no refund was issued. I have in writing the sales slip and the promises of refunds.
First let me apologize for the late response.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 13978410, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Although I admire someone who can present something persuasively, this door-to-door salesperson was over the top. I could not get rid of her- "don't you support single mothers trying to earn a living...?" etc I finally asked for the minimum purchase - $40! I knew that I was being ripped off as I handed over the cash-- but I knew better than to hand them a check or credit card.
I immediately printed out my own label (to replace the one on the bottle) with big letters reminding myself how I let a fast-talker take my money. I guess we all need a reminder to take a firm stand on rip-offs.
The next day, the local TV station ran a story on a car theft which ocurred while the team was in another part of town- and the minimum price they were charging in that part of town was $10- that's what prompted me to file this report.
Don't buy from these sales-sharks. They're trained to rip you off. The product is so-so at best, but for $43 you could buy something that cleans better, and have $40 left in your wallet. Buyer Beware - these people are dangerous. Getting your money back is laughable.
Advanage 20x is one of the best cleaners that I have used. It is excellent and better than cleaners you buy from the store. What I really love is that you can use it on anything and that just a cap full in a spray bottle is all it takes. The lavender smells incredible and it works. I find myself choosing it over all of the store bought cleaners in the cabinet.
We were scammed. Along with thousands of others. That’s not the problem now. These guys are frauds and they’re criminals...that being said..after giving them a check with routing number, account number, Home address...were fearful that after cancelling our check..these Nigerian losers are going to do further damage.
This company claims to hire and train young “inner city” people on sales techniques and life skills. They basically exploit young kids, sending them door to door with subpar materials and information about the company. They claim their charitable foundation supports these programs for inner city kids, but according to ***.org, their tax exempt nonprofit status was revoked because they haven’t filed their required 990 nonprofit tax statement in three consecutive years. This business is deplorable and should be stopped. I originally thought that the young girl who came to my door was being trafficked and called the police. Sending young people door to door in the day and evening is dangerous and exploitive.
We have been using the Advanage Spray bottle for any kind of stain on clothing, but more importantly stains on the carpet. Spray, rub lightly with damp cloth and move to the next sport. As a home user I don't buy more than two bottles at a time as it is diluted with water.
I just received another order. It cleans deck furniture too. T. *** Jackson, TN
