Steer clear of this establishment! First of all I was charged exorbitant prices for the services renderedOn my first appointment, I asked how much the shoe inserts would cost and was told they would be $ When I got my bill the cost was $exactly double what I was toldI was also charged $to place each foot on a computer scanner to "read" my foot profile Really? $for a computer to scan each foot for seconds?
On my second visit, the Drasked me how it was going with the stretching exercises, the ball and the Arnica ice solution I told him I was never told about any stretching exercises, ball or Arnica ice solution He basically said, "Oops!" I was then sold a ball and some Arnica solution that did absolutely NOTHING and to this day Advanas still has not told me about any stretching exercises, which I'm guessing would have done the most good
However I was given a sample of some "Proprietary" Glucosamine formula and a paper stating the cost and the advantages of using it I don't think Drsshould sell any drugs, let alone proprietary drugs I find that unethical and the drugs did nothing for me!
My new $inserts are already breaking down and going flat in the toe area You would think for $702, they would actually last more than a month! Also it seems as though they are doing nothing for my feet The Plantar Fasciitis is worse now than it was when I came in to see Advanas and the metatarsal pain is back, now that I ran out of NSAIDSThe five year old inserts I had before still worked better than these new ones
I ended up going to another Drand he showed me three exercises and the pain is finally subsiding, no thanks to Advanas!
