somebody tell me about this company call them spend for a new a\c unit, after a mount stop working call last week I have day still waiting for then to call me, I hope nobody have to deal with this, dont spend you money in this company get a better business

I had a new AC unit installed by this companyThey were very friendly and gave me a good priceThree months later when I had a problem with the unit they were there the next day and completely covered the problem under warranty

I purchased a new air conditioner and year service contract in July Before the first service, the phone does not ring and I understand that the company went out of businessI would like a refund of $for the service contract that is not being honored

I contacted the provider to do an $Whole House Air Duct Cleaning as advertised in their ad - it was supposed to include free filter, free AC and Duct inspection and drying vent cleaningThe representative showed up with a huge noisy machine which he claimed was going to clean the air ducts, dust mites, mildew, etc He was here approximately 1/hours and after about minutes he found bacteria, dust mites, mildew After about minutes he rolled out this big machine to show us how much stuff was in our ducts I asked how I know if that came from our ducts or did he arrive with a dirty load because he did not show me a before and after He showed me the old filter which he washed outside with our hose and then put back because he didn't have a new (free) one with him UPS are going to deliver a "gold" filter to replace the old one in to days I called 9/to follow up and they are out of stock and I will be given a call when they arrive The representative on the phone then hung up on me The rep then told me we had no freon and that he will put more in (before he left he informed me he filled it half way and if I wanted more it would cost me more) I declined knowing that I would be contacting a different provider He than came to me with an invoice of $1,which includes a one year service agreement, $for pressure wash of the evaporator coil, $for the cleaning of blower components and I couldn't believe it He said he cleaned and deodorized air ducts and put sporicidin in them as well ($558) Since he only touched the one duct I am assuming he sprayed it so we can smell the spray throughout the system and that was supposed to work He sat at my table and my disabled husband was in hearing range and made a phone call to see if we an lower the payment He asked how much we can pay and my husband who is a stroke surviver said oh not too much He then pretended to call the office and said oh we can give you a discount because your husband is a senior citizen and can drop it to $1, I could not wait to get this guy out of my house He did every bit of work from the garage unit and came in only two times to show us the dust load in his machine and to show us how dirty our filter was So a cost of $to clean whole house air ducts ended up costing us $1,To date we are still low on freon and have not received the new filter The system is not working right and will need to contact another provider when funds allow for it I am really disappointed in myself that I allowed this to happen to us and I wanted others to know that the $gold promotion is for their drive to your home and nothing more It is now November and I have still not received my filter

I would not recommend this company for service
I had my ac serviced on 07/22/the service included filters
for my unitsThe technician did not have them on
the truck, but promised me they would get mailed to me in week
It is now 9/28/and I have yet to receive the filters

The experience has been terribleFirst with the real Cash Net USA, taking payments when they were not due, overdrafting my account, and apologizing for the "clerical" error on their part and telling me they will fix it immediately, only to draft another payment out and never fix the due date properly as of to date and still have not having paid three payments to them now in less than two months - and the next one scheduled to come out again in days, when it was to be fixed to be payments on the first! They are incompetent or just scam artists, either way this loan to help me has put me so far under and hurt me financially and they don't care at allThey just keep sucking the cash from my account - my being disabled veteran I cant afford this type of predator lender
Which leads me to the company whos email is [email protected] they are the BIGGEST SCAM OF ALL: THEY STATED I WAS APPROVED FOR A $LOAN, ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS PAY FOR THE BAD CREDIT LOAN INSURANCE OF $UP FRONT BY MONEY GRAM AND THE FUNDS WOULD BE TRANSFERRED TO MY ACCOUNT WITHIN MINUTESOF COURSE THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM, AND IF MY FIANCE HAD NOT LOOKED UP THE DETAILS OF THE ADDRESS AND COMPANY AND MORE INFORMATION LIKE THE DETAILS OF THE EMAIL, I MAY HAVE FALLEN VICTIM OF THIS SCAM AS WELL BECAUSE I AM LOOKING FOR A LOAN TO CONSOLIDATE AND BE ABLE TO GET AHEAD AND THESE MONSTERS ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF POOR PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF AND STEALING WHAT LITTLE THEY HAVE LEFT!!!! THEY ALL NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND PUT IN JAIL FOR THE CRIMES THEY ARE COMMITTINGPHONE FRAUD, EMAIL AND WIRE TRANSFER FRAUD, BANKING FRAUD! ALL OF IT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED, AND THEY ALL SHOULD BE IN JAILI WILL BE CONTACTING MY LOCAL COMMONWEALTH ATTORNEY, EVERYONE WHO IS VICTIM OF THIS SHOULD, WE SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN, AND PUT THEM ALL AWAY

On 7/9/ 15 advanced air came into my sister's home and installed a Rheem unit that was advertised for $1,799 and the final bill was $2,079 in that price they charge a $136 hazard disposal fee. most likely they recycle the aluminum. is that charge even legal?

The AC works just fine but when you turn the heat on the breaker Trips. we try to call their phone number no answer line has been disconnected we tried their web address says it is not in service.

the invoice number was XXXXX X and they say their state license is CAC XXXX XXX their invoice looks very professional they are a scam.

where is the community protection from these predators?

After about 45 minutes he rolled out this big machine to show us how much stuff was in our ducts. I asked how I know if that came from our ducts or did he arrive with a dirty load because he did not show me a before and after. He showed me the old filter which he washed outside with our hose and then put back because he didn't have a new (free) one with him. UPS are going to deliver a "gold" filter to replace the old one in 7 to 10 days. I called 9/29 to follow up and they are out of stock and I will be given a call when they arrive. The representative on the phone then hung up on me. Received a flyer in the mail with coupon code. Called to schedule appointment. That person wasn't very good at listening when I requested a specific date - had to repeat myself. Now that the date has arrived, and no one has arrived, I called and the number is not in service ..... small wonder with what else I read here.
