The salesman when I was about to say no deal, made a statement that if they were to sell it with a...
warranty they would have to sell it for $3100 from $1950. A warranty would have been worth the added money. On other used cars I have ought in the past the warranty lasted for years not months. Found out the warranty was of the lowest $100 type, from the Warranty Company. And if you check the papers I sent you, the milage differs on the warrant and the tow truck paper, I didn't fill out or request info to be entered on either. And the next time no abbreviated test drive. Sales person will be riding shotgun, and if it breaks down, I call my wife to come get me and the sale person can wait on the tow truck. I have talked with the JAG on base, and sense then I have been advised to check with the base IG about putting them on the base's black list. At the time I did the abbreviated test drive it did seem to be running normally.

I am rejecting this response because they lied about the fact that I liked the truck. The truck stopped working on me within the first hour and I then threatened to go to a lawyer because he was not trying to help me and he told me that it was my problem...

After I told him I was going to a lawyer that's when he agreed to give me another car after I wrote on a piece of paper stating that I wanted my money back and he said that he wasn't going to give me my money back. I never received title as promised. The reason the two men were with me was because it's four males that work at the lot and I didn't feel comfortable going by myself. Nobody threatened him and my brother has the recording of the conversation and he insulted my brother first. I have text messages of him harassing me and I also have video from the very first incident that happened. He lied about everything and I always keep my phone and I only received two calls from them. He didn't want to do a payment arrangement and kept trying to get me to borrow money from other people. I gave this man my last dime and he screwed me and my children over, and we are still trying to recover from being homeless. He has no regard for anyone other than himself. I'm not the only one who has been screwed, he's done this to other people and he's been doing this for a while. He needs to be stopped.
