Review: I can honestly say that this auto repair shop is one of the worst . I payed them to repair my vehicle and it's been a month and no repair has been done. I check up on my car constantly and they always give me excuses.They constantly say that they are working on it but it does not take that long to replace a transmissionDesired Settlement: All I want for them to do is actually fix my car and change the transmission. If they do not change it I want a refund.

Review: I dropped off my Acura tl 2004 off on Thursday August [redacted] 2013 to get my transmission repair because it failed on me under warranty and up to this date on August 11 2013 my car has not been giving back to me they have been telling me repetitively that the transmission guy hasn't came in, parts haven't arrived and it is being worked on.Desired Settlement: I would like the job to be finished already, paid for my days that I had to request off because of this matter and be compensated for the money wasting on cabs and bus for transportation.
