Unfortunately, the person making this complaint went above and beyond writing a public complaint on YelpShe made allegations of my business products and practicesWe have been in business for 3+ years and follow all sanitation standards required as well as above and beyond sanitationOur
glue is replaced every 30-days when it has a shelf life of six months when refrigerated All our glue is stored in a refrigerator in a closed containerOur lash products are purchased from a very well known and highly respected distributorI do not normally challenge a reviewBut try and resolve in an professional mannerWe have in no way violated any health standardsHer reaction is exaggeratedIf she would have had a genuine reaction which can happen for many reasonsShe continues to wear lashes which if she had a reaction she would need to refrain from where them for awhileAnd apply a fresh new set of lashesShe frequents lash salons and has fills mixing different types of adhesives and lashesWhich may be part of the problemShe at no time gave me the opportunity to resolve her issues.
The appointment she mentioned she came the day before her appointments was actually scheduledA misunderstanding I offered to reschedule it with her she declineBut still had her lashes doneI'm not really sure what the agenda is.
Both my employee and myself are licensed aestheticiansMy business is fully insuredAnd follow all rules & regulations of our industry

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: you have not offered a solution nor apologized for accusing me of lying or have taken down my personal informationNow you are alleging I didn't have a reaction at all? I have pictures to prove and show the reaction not to mention witnesses who asked what was wrong with my eyes after my appointment with your businessSince moving here I have only been to your location except after the reaction clearly I went somewhere elseI run a small business and know how to respond to customersYou are seriously lacking in your response and should consider hiring someone to handle your customer service issue since you clearly do not posses any customer service skills.Sincerely,*** ***

That is not a solution for me only for youIt is against the LAW for a business to post their customers private information for the public to seeBy law you are required to take my legal name out of your response periodI want a refund for the last two appointments as that is when the reaction started to occurFor you to sit here and say I am "over reacting" and "if I was truly having a reaction" your accusing me of lying againWhat kind of business owner accuses their customer's of lying, not just once but several times! I am not sure you are understanding how this works, this isn't yelpThis is the Revdex.com I am filing the claim with, this is seriousNot only have you broken the law as a business owner but you have accused me of being a fraud, over reacting, and that I never even had a reaction to begin with! How you are still in business I am not sure but clearly it wont be for much longer with the way you handle issues that arise with your business. Sincerely,*** ***

I will offer the same resolution as before! Let's take everything down from all social sites and go our separate ways

That is not a solution for me only for you. It is against the LAW for a business to post their customers private information for the public to see. By law you are required to take my legal name out of your response period. I want a refund for the last two appointments as that is when the reaction started to occur.
