Review: I spoke with a male by the name of "[redacted]" over the phone on 09/**/2013. He stated if I came to the office 09/**/2013 for an interview and also brought in a payment of $125.00 I would be able to attend a prep course with a referral for a 10 HOUR OSHA ID CARD and employment is supposed to be issued. When I arrived to the interview on 09/**/2013 I was then told an additional payment of $125.00 must be made in order to receive the prep course and referral. On that day I was able to make a payment of $140.00 and was told return to the office on 09/**/2013 with the remaining payment of $110.00 then would take the prep course immediately after. When I came into the office on 09/**/2013 I paid off my remaining balance of the $110.00 then was told by a different representative named "[redacted]" that the course for the day was cancelled due to "not enough seats were filled to conduct the course" and asked me to return on 10/**/2013. When I arrived on 10/**/2013, again I was told the course was cancelled claiming the agency is "having issues with the instructor showing up". Since course is was not given, I did not receive a referral for the OSCHA ID CARD or employment.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL REFUND in the amount of $250.00 USD.

Review: I was told by this company that "they will place me in a maintenance job in new york city making 14.50 an hour after I complete training and give necessary fees". Not only did I not get placed in a job like a normal agency would do but I also paid $300 for "training" that I never received. I went to a class given by the company that was supposed to be 4 hours long but was less than an hour and was supposed to get trained to prepare to a low pressure boiler test I had to go to Brooklyn to take but instead was read a packet and was sent on my way. After taking the test all the way in Brooklyn I was told I couldn't get the license without a work site. I then had to go back to the agency who then told me they can not give me a job site so I was then sent back to Brooklyn where they finally gave me the license to be nice. I then went back to the agency to get placed as they promised and while I was waiting I listened to the receptionist talk to people that called in responding to their listing that the fee was $200 then tell another $150 and another $50. Obviously I knew then this was a huge scam. When I sat with my rep that was supposed to give me an address to start working at he instead gave me a hand written list of jobs that are hiring that the rep pulled out of the classified section of the newspaper after calling each company to ask if they were still hiring. One of which was Donut Plant which has nothing to do with maintenance. The rep lied to each company giving a fake name and acting as if he was looking for a job just to get information so he can then tell me. The paper was ripped out of a composition notebook. It was very unprofessional. Then while I was there a fight broke out where a worker [redacted]. Im pretty sure the client got just as upset as I am now at the agency. The entire building was then told to evacuate after more than 30 cops showed up to the company. Not only did I give my last $300 with the promise I would have a job but I also gave up 2 other job opportunities because this job guaranteed job placement. I was doing everything they told me to do for a MONTH to now find out I am left short $300 with my daughters first birthday coming on oct [redacted] and also no job. I was also refused to be given anyones first name and now that I am calling this "rep" back he is not answering.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL REFUND of my $300 for not following through with employment and I would also want to be compensated for the month I wasted not working and not receiving money at the 14.50 base pay I was supposed to receive for 3 weeks because this "agency" promised me a position.
