Review: This company has sent numerous "collections" and "mediation" companies to harass me and scare into repaying a debt that I have disputed many times. They have even threatened jail time, arresting me at work, at home in front of my family, claiming bank fraud and others. This company has caused me immense undue stress with all of the calls and threats. I can't take it anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company, and all of their subsidiaries or hired businesses, to cease all contact with me and to quit alleging bank fraud on my part as a means to satisfy this bogus debt.

Review: Applied for an unsecured loan, was "approved", told first payment had to be made by green dot card prior to funds deposited directly into my account. Got green dot card 308.00, called in number; then told had to pay tax on the amount, instructed to get another green dot card for 384.00 and if I could for an extra 42.00 there would be "boost" protection? Gave him number for 384.00 without boost, called it in to same number. Then told, it did not go through, he wanted me to go and get ANOTHER green dot card for 384.00 + 42.00 (426.00) and money would be in my checking account in 30 min. I stopped there, spoke with his [redacted] and representative [redacted] again....told money would be refunded when loan deposited into my account. He is waiting for my call tomorrow to give him another $426.00. I am an educated older woman, I was in a financial bind and did something really stupid. Now, I am unable to pay my rent for this month and they evict immediately here. I did notify the IC3/FBI/white collar crimes division, now the Revdex.com, next is the Fair Trade Commission, local and NY police and the Consumer Protection Agency.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money and..

Review: I have applied for a pay day loan from this company have paid all fees above and beyond what has been asked for. Asked today for a final payment and guarantee that my loan check would be delivered tomorrow morning which was sent to my by the [redacted] After sending them my final payment of $392 and waited greated than the alotted time for confirmation I finally called the company so I could get confirmation from [redacted] and was told he was in a meeting and someone else ([redacted]) would handle things. He then proceeded to tell me that because I did not purchase a $32 booster they could not verify the payment. As this was not something to finalize the payment this company has lied, provided miscommunication and stress,grief and hardship for myself and spouse. Also I missed a day of wages to stay home today waiting for a check that they originally said would be delivered today.Desired Settlement: They owe me $ 2,445.00 and todays wages in which I make 43.45 an hour and work 8 hours a day as a [redacted]. This business needs to be closed down and not allowed to take advantage of people who are only seeking money to help pay emergency bills which is what I needed.
