In March 2015, IM Video Productions had set up a vendor table at the Indiana Indoor Percussion Semi-final Performance locationThey offered to record the semi-final and final performance on DVD and send a copy for a fee of $I paid the cost, (with a check - which cleared my bank)
I was told the DVD would arrive about 8-weeks after the finals performanceAfter that time lapsed, I contacted IM for status of my DVDNo one returned my callI sent email with no responseI left a message on their social media pageNo response Then in January, IM advised on social media, they were processing the last round of refund checks
As of this complaint, I have not received any monies or contactIf this is how they do business, I want nothing to do with them again
