exceed $1000.00. It should be noted at this point that the $879.27 charge was for Water clean up & drying only and that the total estimate for the previous service including repairs was $1,567.58. Ms. [redacted] never schedule the repairs with us so was charged for the portion we did perform and qouted based on an "identical scenario".Once our technician arrived Ms. [redacted] was informed that the affected area was in fact larger then stated & included an additional room. Ms. [redacted] was charged $797.64 for the current service. Not only well below the quoted $1000.00 but also below the previous charge of $879.27. Ms. [redacted] was billed less for more work. The $1,600.00 Ms. [redacted] is referring to is the total amount if she elects foe us to do the repairs this time.Ms. [redacted] disputed numerous charges on her initial. Even though our technician was adamant that the services had been rendered we removed them from the bill. This is how she ended up with charges less then previously even though the work was greater.We have been gracious & accommodating with Ms. [redacted] & feel this is a tactic to get out of paying for services. It took 6 months to collect payment for previous services.
