I have shopped with this company for many years, and my home is completely furnished with product purchased from this locationI and saddened to say that I will no longer shop there for any reason nowI purchased a full size leather couch from this company over months ago that was in near perfect condition when I purchased ithowever on delivery day I was notified by my husband that the delivery drivers could not fit the product in my homeThis was okay as I understand if the product will not fit it just will not fit! This issue forced the guys to have to leave it in my garage as this company does not give refunds for any reasonAll of the above is understood however the delivery drivers did not tell my husband nor call me to alert me that the product had been ripped/damaged during this delivery not only was the arm of my couch completely ripped openBut the drivers then placed pieces of clear scotch tape on the rip and just left like nothing happenedI spoke with the manager of the store whom apologized and offered to send out someone he called a leather repair guy to fix my issue I agreed and For months after the initial call and different attempts to schedule him out and different times being told he is on vacation againI have given up hope in the service I once had with this companyI have since fixed the problem myself but the rip is still very visible and very disappointingI would not recommend anyone shop here unless you plan to pick up and deliver your own product safely to your home

Very nice and unique items in the store however there is Horrible customer service. Delivery service is even worse. The owner is rude and a thief. They don't keep accurate record of items placed on layaway. definitely buyer beware.
