I received a lava lamp from this company with instructions of how to use properly. I have gone through all the steps required to make the lava lamp work to no avail. or may not work to begin with! It stays cloudy and I have tried everything and repeated the steps multiple times and it still does not work properly, still a cloudy hot mess. I have been calling this business for two weeks. No one ever answers any of the lines. The customer service rep is out until mid February and the rep that is taking her place still has a voicemail from Christmas and does not ever answer the line or return any calls. So I left voicemails on about 8 or 9 of the employees phones and not one of them has called me back to address the situation. **All of my messages were polite, detailed, and made sure to leave my contact info.
