I received a lava lamp from this company with instructions of how to use properlyI have gone through all the steps required to make the lava lamp work to no availIn the instructions they have a disclaimer that these steps may or may not workI have no idea why they would sell an item that may or may not work to begin with! It stays cloudy and I have tried everything and repeated the steps multiple times and it still does not work properly, still a cloudy hot messI have been calling this business for two weeksNo one ever answers any of the linesThe customer service rep is out until mid February and the rep that is taking her place still has a voicemail from Christmas and does not ever answer the line or return any callsSo I left voicemails on about or of the employees phones and not one of them has called me back to address the situation**All of my messages were polite, detailed, and made sure to leave my contact info
