[redacted] signed up for and attended the Advance Inspector Training day ICC Inspector seminar in Clifton, New Jersey that started on April 22, 2017.Attached is a signed copy of his enrollment agreement and a copy of his signed guarantee[redacted] was removed from the class on the 2" day of the seminar for continuously breaking the classroom rules that he was given when he started class the first day and was explained to the whole class of students the first day of class.Attached is a copy of rules of the classroom[redacted] was warned times the first day of class about talking and texting on the phone in the classroom and disrupting the other students who were trying to study and also distracting the tutors who tutor the classroom.The second day of class he hid the Advance Training study material in his code book and walked out of the classroom with the material and was caught by one of the tutorsHe said he forgot that he had the material and was told that if he breaks any more classroom rules, he would be kicked outAn hour later he was caught taking pictures with his phone and that is when he was removed from the Class.Advance Training holds two ICC inspector seminars a year in The New York & New Jersey area since and we have never had to remove a student[redacted] broke all of the rules and tried to steal Advance Training materialThe other students cheered when he was removed from the classroom because he was such a distraction to them trying to prepare for the very difficult ICC exams[redacted] gets no kind of refund from Advance Training Center under any circumstances
