I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This business is a fraud I will contact the DA later on and advise as to the status of what they are doing This business charged me $for an OSHA class and cardI called OSHA to verify the trainer's name and card id and there is nothing in the system They indicated it was fake They are charging me and other people all this money and there company is running a scam
These are the two numbers I called for OSHA Please advise if you want a copy of the card that they gave me

The trainer's name on the card says SS*** and his ID #says *** The card is also white and is laminated OSHA told me the card is pale blue

company. The enrollment agreement that [redacted] read, agreed to and signed, explained everything about what the company is all about and our refund policy. Please keep in mind a training center can charge what ever they please for training. Their are no set regulated prices for what a company must charge for training. [redacted] is not only slandering our company he is completely lying. The sales representative explained everything in full detail to [redacted] and made it very clear to him that he was not guaranteed a job after receiving certifications. At this point [redacted] can continue to take advantage of Referrals given to him, but that is all we can do for him. We apologize for any miss understanding we fully believe [redacted] Knew w hat he signed up for. If we were to refund [redacted] Back his money that would mean he will have gotten free training and Certification. Training and certifications are not free [redacted] knew exactly what he was purchasing. Please feel free to contact us at ###-###-#### regarding this matter."
