I apologize for the situation
We are very close to getting this resolved
A quick history After you contacted me about your concerns after the original install in august I contacted the roofing manufacturer (*** *** Products) for the proper
method to repair the areas in question The roofing manufacturer directed me to a product made by *** I researched the product on line and found it to have very high reviews including stars on Amazon Given this product was recommended to me by the Peal and Seal manufacturer and the fact it had good reviews on line we ordered the product and installed on Mr***'s roof We left the extra product for Mr*** in case he had any use for it in the future
Three days after the install Mr*** contacted me to say he was not satisfied with the solution I explained that the product was recommended by the manufacturer of the roofing material (*** *** Products) on his home but the bottom line is I wanted him to be happy Mr*** provided us a e-mail from a representative of *** *** products detailing a repair scope that was different than what I was told by MFM I reviewed this revised scope with Mr*** including the benefits and disadvantages of the scope and he decided he wanted the repair done using this scope After the discussion I agreed that we would perform the repair with the modified scope and ordered the product
Where we stand today: The roofing material has been received and is ready for install Mr*** also provided me a verbal list of caulks that he would like used to seal the material We found one of the caulks locally only to find it is back ordered when we went to pick it up We immediately ordered the product and were told it would be delivered within - business days Once we receive the caulk we will schedule the install with Mr*** The install is a priority for us but we need to do it when the weather is conducive to a proper install
We will also ensure the back gutter is draining properly at the same time I asked Mr*** to check that it is not clogged in the mean time because we have had record rain and a lot of debris is getting in peoples gutters even though they may have been cleaned in the last to days
I look forward to providing an update once the caulk is received and we perform the requested install per the scope provided by Mr***
