Dear Ms [redacted] , On behalf of all of us at Advance Dentistry, I apologize for the frustration in this situation We encourage all of our patients to return for a follvisit following each procedure to ensure the procedure was successful At these appointments, we take x-rays and photos and evaluate the procedure site Upon review of your chart, I do see where there were no follvisits to evaluate the crown following the procedure We would have noted there was no post placed if we had follphotos and x-rays following the procedure, and would have refunded you for the missing post at that time We are very sorry, and we are so glad you caught itWe do have treatment notes and lab receipts indicating the placement of the crown Unfortunately, crowns do fail from time to time and occasionally have to be replaced It does appear that you use that tooth heavily when chewing, as some of your back teeth are missing This can cause excess wear on the crown, as that tooth and crown are not intended for the majority of chewing We are unable to refund you for the crown, but we would be happy to discuss this with you further if you would like to come in for a complimentary follvisitWe do apologize and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention [redacted] ***Marketing DirectorAdvance Dentistry [redacted]

[redacted] I have lost all confidence in Advanced Dentistry to re-align my Lower denture for the following reasons. 1.  I was under the belief that they were a (Full Service dentistry and had their own denture lab)          And was not informed until after my teeth were pulled. 2.  They had to send back my original dentures to Kansas City twice due to faulty impressions.                           (That meant I had to wait over two weeks without teeth) 3.  I was told that when I was ready for re-aligns, I was to come in at 7 AM   for impressions                 witch would then be sent to a lab in West Chester, Ohio and I could pick them up the                     same day. That was a lie as I was told they would have to be sent to Kansas City and would             take five (5) days to return.    (Five days without teeth). 4.  After the lower denture came back it was inserted by a technician (Not Fitted by a qualified        dental person to see if additional adjustment was needed). 5. After I complained that the lower denture was still as loose when I received the original        denture, I was told I would have to come back again for another impression.    All of these problems are a result of poor quality control by Advanced Dentistry. I refused to come back and waste my time again.  I paid over $680.00 and got nothing in return.  Anybody can say we guaranteed our work and your satisfaction. However, there is no sincerity in those  words from Advanced Dentistry.
