I was in a bit of a time crunch and Advance came out much faster than any of the other 4 companies I contacted. They re-shingled and cut in more roof vents. Excellent customer service and work! Very friendly, flexible and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were referred to Dusty by our insurance company and I admit to feeling a little trepidation, in case it would be a cheap and patch type of job. However, that couldn't be further from the truth with Dusty and his company.

Dusty calmly answered all my questions, allaying my fears. As soon as spring arrived, he phoned to make an appointment and drove 2 hours to meet us. He explained all that he would do and left us with a booklet to review, that he made and personalized on site. We were very impressed.

After picking the colour, Dusty booked some appointments for the job, explaining that weather was a factor in confirming the date. However, we got notice of when the team was arriving and even although they also had a ways to drive, they were there first thing in the morning.

Dusty's team was impressive, they were friendly and personable and worked all day. The next day they began at 7a.m. and were completed at the end of the day, it was astounding! They even cleaned up all the materials and nails. For a roof on a 60'x70' building, this shows a great work attitude and a lot of skill.

My building looks fantastic and my husband inspected the work, and he was very impressed with the quality. We are so very pleased that we were referred to Advance Exterior Renovations, Dusty was the perfect person for the job.
