The technician purposely turned off my dash camera and took my car on a 10k joy rideThe reason why I know about it is by reviewing my video recordings and checked the odometerThe video showed my car being parked at their front door by me and all of the sudden it teleported inside their shopThe car should be in the shop at all times for the thing I needed them to doBase on my experience I say stay away from this place***

I called Harper's for an explanation and like routine they passed me to their manager. You could tell they were used to getting called out for bogus auto repairs. I am sure other people have fallen for their routine and perhaps one day they will be lucky enough to inherit a class action lawsuit.
