Mar. 3, 2015Dear RevDex.com:We have investigated this complaint and found that [redacted] was subscribed to our email list in June 2013 and later that same month, she unsubscribed. She re-subscribed in July 2013. We do not have any other unsubscribe records for the email... address [redacted] com, but will investigate further with our email vendor for any problems there that might have prevented an unsubscribe request from coming through to us.We have manually removed the email address [redacted] .com from our email marketing lists as of Feb. 26, 2015. There may be a few email lists that were already generated prior to this date that will go out shortly after this date. But beyond this timing issue, the email address is unsubscribed. January 17, 2017Dear ***:Please find this letter in response to the Revdex.com complaint ID ***.After researching the email address, it was uncovered that the email ***.*** was subscribed to multiple product categories in our system which is not unusual for a marketing decision maker who
was had identified themselves as a business contact in our CRM for more than one product line.The unsubscribe link will work if you have the original person's Advance Pass account log in information or if you unsubscribe to each individual email product typeHowever, per this request WS have gone into the back end of our data mart and removed the person manually from every email type and will also remove them as a contact in our CRM systemThis will update in our system overnight and go into effect as on 1/18/2017.Also please note that during the time that *** *** was trying to contact us, we were in the process of moving to a new location and all of our phone numbers and our physical address have subsequently changedAn official announcement was sent via email press release, posted on social media and has been changed on our websiteAdvance can now be reached at the following:*** ADVANCE Healthcare Network *** *** ***, Suite *** King of Prussia, PA ***Please let me know if you have additional information or if further action is required on our end.Sincere Regards,Maria Senior Vice President & Director of Marketing
