Incompetent and Negligent
Your HOA will regret every day until you realize how corrupt this Negligent, sloppy, incompetent company is.
Our entire property and equipment was destroyed during this company's years as management and that is because they corruptly manipulated voting proxies to stay in power and keep dumb incompetent board members in place that believed anything Advanced hoa said. Pure NEGLIGENCE and incompetence while hiring their over priced vendors that had zero accountability. Zero! Total Scam

Termination of Advanced HOA for negligence and abuse.
Saddlebrooke Condos after over 12 years of negligence and horribly managed property care, the 325 owners have had enough! They caused the collapse of our pool and destroyed 3 ATVs we paid for NEW because of negligence of their untrained, incompetent employees. Advanced HOA should be investigated by the FBI & Attorney General immediately. Blatant abuse and manipulation of governing covenants is purely criminal and has caused mortgage fraud to owners who purchased parking spaces.
This is a warning to all HOAs or company considering using Advanced HOA out of Denver, CO.

Should be? Maybe they support Biden instead of Trump. So maybe “THE” should be is null and void. They definitely should be looked into, but they are SO. pro social like BLM Antifa and Woke who would dare do it? Yes, they will definetly bankrupt you , but remember at the same time , they will also be your best friend. Lake Chalet condominiums , 80123. . Got all the proof TOO, but nowhere to go with it. Thank you for providing a copy of the complaint. Following research of this account, we have found the following: The Association became a client of Advance HOA Management on April 1, 2017Advance HOA is provided balances from prior managementAdvance HOA must administer the approved
policy of the association and we work on behalf of the HOA.Advance HOA Management has not sent any negative communications to *** ***, other than a statement of balanceA statement of balance was sent to all owners with balances on June 1, following a two-month transition period to new management so that owners have an opportunity to verify their balances.The balance provided by the prior management was -$as of March 31, 2017. Because of this credit, the first amount due from ** *** was $which is what the manager tried to explain to *** ***. Please see attached ledger of activity. The current balance is not a late fee or a fee imposed by the HOA or Advance HOA. This amount will require a write-off and approval from the BOD as Advance HOA does not have the authority to write-off assessments.Please see attached ledger from prior management. It reflects a $balance for several years. The balances on the ledger do not include any late fees or interest.Documented emails demonstrate that the assigned manager to the community tried to explain to *** *** the reason for the varying amount. Upon approval by the BOD, Advance HOA will be happy to write-off the balance due on this account. We have encouraged the BOD to just write off this amount as it appears to have been a lingering issue for several years. We are sorry that *** *** is not happy and understand his frustration with his account balance brought on by posting from prior management, as it is difficult to explain. Advance HOA has not sent any late notices to *** *** nor have any late fees been applied to *** ***’s account. In reading communication with the assigned manager, I can see that she was having difficulty explaining the balance due. Again, upon approval from the BOD, we will happily write-off the amount due. Meanwhile, I will be happy to assist *** *** directly

I am happy to reply to the rejection. As of today, we have not been provided the approval of the board to remove the outstanding balance. In an effort to bring this issue to closure, and because this is a nominal amount that is taking considerable time to resolve, the management company will contribute its own funds to the outstanding balance with the expectation that the board will waive the amount and reimburse management at a later time. The outstanding balance has been with the account for several years and the disputed amount is too low to justify the costs associated with an audit of the account. We hope this issue will now be resolved. Thank youus why here
