I had my back porch replaced by advance home improvement, in I paid $ for the work Early spring of this year, I saw the paint coming off, and the wood starting to split now there are gaps up to 1/inch between the boardsWhen I spoke with the owner, he said that happened because I didn't paint it I was told at the job beginning, that he used pressure treated wood, which is not true If I was told that I needed to paint it, I would have done that I live in a house which is over years old I have a front porch that has no damage I know that it has not been painted more then three times in the last fifty years
