I am rejecting this response because: They shipped the supplies a month late and we were suppose to get them monthly but that never happened. They had to double up on supplies cause they never got the monthly supplies to us when needed. After many empty promises of delivery of same day, next day, Saturday, evening hours they never held up to their promises. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Our last delivery from them was for the wrong size and the delivery guy said he would be back in a few days but to just take these and he would exchange them with the right size. That never happened. I found a company in St Louis that deliveries the next day and even the same week and called me back to see if the order was correct, what a concept. And as you noticed I placed this complaint last year and they are JUST NOW answering the complaint. Quick service-NOT! almost a 9 months for a answer. This company was recommended by the State so I guess we got the kind of service that the State gives. Rotten!!
