Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They shipped the supplies a month late and we were suppose to get them monthly but that never happenedThey had to double up on supplies cause they never got the monthly supplies to us when neededAfter many empty promises of delivery of same day, next day, Saturday, evening hours they never held up to their promisesI wouldn't recommend this company to anyoneOur last delivery from them was for the wrong size and the delivery guy said he would be back in a few days but to just take these and he would exchange them with the right sizeThat never happenedI found a company in St Louis that deliveries the next day and even the same week and called me back to see if the order was correct, what a conceptAnd as you noticed I placed this complaint last year and they are JUST NOW answering the complaintQuick service-NOT! almost a months for a answerThis company was recommended by the State so I guess we got the kind of service that the State givesRotten!!
